"Neighbor! Neighbor!" is a comedy dealing with a police officer and two con artists. The Police Officer has to intervene again between Mr. Max and Ms. Decker, two neighbors hell-bent on making life miserable for each other. While Decker thinks the officer came to protect her from Max, the officer appears to have their own agenda. Don't they all? There's much more in the neighborly bickering between Ms. Decker and Mr. Max than meets the Police Officer's eyes.
